Lisa’s job in retail began in the store flooring where in the chronilogical age of 18 she began doing work for the Just Group – managing one of many brand’s Queensland-based stores.
Over the after that ten years, Lisa had just what she describes as a stellar upbringing in the retail business, working the woman way-up from smaller to bigger stores, and getting a deep comprehension of all aspects of retail as you go along.
In 2003, Lisa joined up with the Cotton upon Group as drifting management before moving onto Regional management and State Manager of the company’ Queensland operations. After two years, Lisa relocated toward Group’s global headquarters in Geelong, Victoria in which she played an important part in the industry’ Australian Continent and brand new Zealand expansion.
Since joining business, Lisa features lead a variety of roles including nationwide Brand management (Group), National Retail management (Group), nation Brand management (Cotton On) and most recently, General Manager of Southern (Cotton On).
During her time with Cotton On, Lisa embedded a best-practice method across every aspect of brand, drove management autonomy in every one of its worldwide areas, and produced positioning over the southern region including Australian Continent, New Zealand, South Africa and Brazil.
Lisa has a-deep dedication to the woman men and women and it is heavily invested in the relationships she's designed with each and every person in her team. An outstanding leader and part design, Lisa ended up being appointed General management of the Group’s way of life brand name, Rubi, in June 2016.
