Periodically I’m inquired about choices from those that, anything like me, printing tees from time to time. My response is generally this: American Apparel makes a great shirt, no doubt about it. They can fit well, they appear great, and they’re stated in america.
It’s tough to find an alternative. I’ve purchased numerous blanks from contending producers through the years, and I’ve struggled discover a shirt I became satisfied with. No matter, I’ll gladly use substitutes if it indicates my cash isn’t encouraging AA’s advertising attempts.
But I think I’ve finally found an appropriate option.
Just last year I purchased a few shirts from a site that numerous of you may recognize*. The look and fit had been outstanding. We ordered a 3rd. Then a fourth. I’ve used these tops many times since.
Our fabrics are produced in Asia and United States Of America. Garments are assembled in China, Mexico, and Central America.
This will be a surely a trade-off, and a significant one. But it’s one I’m willing to make, and I’m appreciative of the attempts becoming built to detail—and hopefully improve—factory conditions outside of the U.S. (Don’t miss NPR’s “Planet Money Makes a T-Shirt” series.)
While we’re at it, I’d be ashamed basically performedn’t motivate you to get a copy of genuine Jobs ‘EIGHT’ top, printed on Next degree shirts. It is possible to order a low-cost blank rather if you’d like to try-on their particular stuff.
