They don't seem to have an existing gown code, but due to the area (in a workplace region) folks are more likely to show up after finishing up work, using business match or "wise everyday" company wear.

One Japanese web site jokingly states "Many people appear after finishing up work, so whatever you wear to get results must be fine. However if one happens to attend your projects location using brief jeans and flip-flops, bring a pair of lengthy jeans and a jacket" :)

The customers at Cotton Club Tokyo are often in their 30s and older, plenty even using grey hair. The meals and service can be very sofisticated.

So things like suit and link, or a combination of a neat T-shirt and tailored jacket will make you blend in, although many associated with the performers could put on a plain T-shirt, jeans and sneakers :)
