United states Apparel is looking for a talented industry Benefits Administrator to join the circle to greatly help coordinate Benefits features for just two facilities: South Gate & Garden Grove, CA

This can be a hands-on place and a versatile schedule is essential. You must be confident with in a warehouse office environment. Bilingual in English and Spanish is vital. Location: South Gate, CA & Garden Grove, CA. This position needs traveling from area to each location on a weekly foundation.

GENERAL EXPLANATION:
The advantages Administrator is in charge of administering a single day to-day tasks for the team benefits programs (health, dental care, vision, short term disability, lasting disability, life insurance policies, versatile spending programs and 401k). Under the guidance regarding the Advantages Manager, the huge benefits professional will administer plans and act as liaison with employees, benefit providers, and other 3rd party suppliers as required, making sure compliance with national, state and regional laws and regulations.

DUTIES AND OBLIGATIONS:
• Conduct brand new hire advantages Orientation including overview of all benefits, guidelines and treatments.
• Explain, administer and enroll workers in benefit programs.
• Enter brand-new hire information in HRIS (ADP) and make all adjustments/changes as needed.
• Process all enrollments, changes and terminations for advantage programs with vendors.
• assist coordinate yearly available registration process: prepare products, worker communications, and procedure paperwork and enter data in ADP as needed.
• supply leave of lack administration, including disseminating information and FMLA, CFRA and PDL notice and monitoring.
• behave as liaison between benefit supplier and staff members on 401k plan inquiries regarding efforts, financial loans, and distributions.
• Ready reports as required and deliver quarterly reports to Payroll. Work closely with payroll to examine and resolve any discrepancies.
• use Advantages Manager to develop and analyzes relevant reports assuring compliance with different condition and federal regulations, such as the reasonably priced Care Act, HIPAA, FMLA, an such like.
• Performs various other tasks as assigned.
• Research and fix benefits issues in a specialist manner in compliance with program documents and escalate problems as needed for resolution.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum of 24 months of expertise administering extensive benefit programs (ideally in a mid-sized/large organization) for a multi-location employer.
• Demonstrated existing familiarity with HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, CFRA, PDL, ACA, ADA and appropriate federal and state regulations.
• experienced in Microsoft Office package (Outlook, term, succeed, PowerPoint), particularly Excel.
• Experience with ADP HRIS software chosen.
