These policies pertain to U.S. purchases only.
Unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be returned by mail or delivery service within 30 days of purchase with a receipt or packing slip. Second Coming Clothing Company requires valid identification when processing all returns and exchanges.
Returns With an Original Sales Receipt
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for price paid or a merchandise exchange when returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Merchandise returned more than 30 days after the purchase date will be held or shipped back to purchaser at the purchasers expense.
Online refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for price paid or merchandise exchange at any time. A mail check may be issued when original form of payment is unavailable for credit.
A mail check will be issued when items over $5 are paid for by check or e-check* and returned within 5 days of the date of purchase online.
A return/exchange or gift receipt does not serve as an original receipt online.
*Second Coming Clothing Company accepts your check by utilizing an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) system. In the event that the EFT or draft is returned unpaid (or, if a paper check is accepted, and the check is returned for any reason), there will be a return fee, as permitted by State or Federal law, of $20 or more (which may include fees, collection costs and applicable state taxes). This fee may be presented to your bank electronically or submitted via a paper draft.
Returning or Exchanging Items by Mail
To return any SecondComingClothing.com purchase by mail:
1. Detach the top customer portion of the return form for your records.
2. Circle the item(s) that you are returning or exchanging on the bottom portion of the return form and note the reason why.
3. Fill in the billing information for the credit card that was used to make the original purchase.
4. Pack and seal your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include the return form. Weve provided a return label as part of the return form. Packages must be returned prepaid -- we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

We will only refund shipping charges if weve sent the wrong item, or if the item sent is defective.
Credit Card Refunds
On returns, we can only credit the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
